Sure was some sort of epidemic Atarah, however, how many ? Couldn't have been huge in the 17th century .. not many people around here. Good stuff though.
Don't you go out digging madam, unless you have had all vaccinations .. the virus still lurks...

Ask Frank Watson, he tried to convince me once that the victims of the plague in Accrington area were buried in a pit. By pit I don't mean Coal Pit.
