Luckily I have the gift of being able to laugh at myself, before I laugh at the misfortune of others.
You'll find a more in depth description of humour in the dictionary.

You might consider yourself as having the gift to laugh at yourself, before you laugh at the misfortune of others but you also have the gift of selective memory.
So you weren’t one of those who took the mickey out of Heather McCartney because of her prosthetic leg?

Yes I did, right after I'd made a joke about Parkinson's Disease.
If I really need a good laugh I click on your website.

Re: Power Cut
Somehow I don't think that Rindi and Jambutty are best of friends, might be wrong, but I just get this feeling

We are co-winners of a highly sought after Accy Web award.
Without me he is just another cantankerous old grump.
With my help he has become a comedy stooge.
Bless him.

By the way, I'll soon be auditioning for the next patsy to be carried by my good self to an AW gold award, and untold glory.

Re: Power Cut
I think your post on your little oversight should have been entered on the 'Energy Saving Tips' thread Garinda ...

Re: Power Cut
Perhaps my humour is just too subtle for you.
I've made numerous reference to my career options now being limited to playing the tambourine, plus some more adult jibes in the over eighteens section of the forum.
As stated earlier a fuller description, regarding a sense of humour, can be found in any dictionary.
Anyway, you're last year's Cynthia to my Hylda Baker. I really need to find a funnier stooge now, for this year's competition.

Re: Power Cut
"Now go away and get your nappy changed".
That is in very bad taste since we know Parkinsons eventually causes incontinence.
Perhaps the response to you should be 'get a battery recharge for you brain cells'
since you are displaying the early signs of Dementia

Still sidestepping questions I notice.
Those that are two awkward to answer that is. Those that would prove conclusively that half the time you haven’t a clue what you are writing about and it would be a real climb down to admit it.
No one likes to lose face but which of your two faces would you lose?
You can have the last word on this issue.

Forum etiquette prevents me from responding.
Just imagine the worst and double it.

To you I must be in an enviable position. Not only at being able to laugh at myself, but in actually saying what I mean.
I'm sorry if you've wasted an afternoon, searching through 15,000 and odd of my posts, looking for references to Parkinson's. If you'd have read them all, rather than using the search facility, you would have seen I've made numerous comic reference to my illness. Happily I have no reason to lie.
Since you are no longer need by myself, perhaps you could team up with one of your cronies, in the hope of winning another Accy Web award next year.
You could be a sort of modern day Whinge and Bracket, and I'd willing you loan you my Granny's pearls.
