Lancashire Senior Cup

Wigan beat Bury 11-10 on penalties after a 0-0 draw and now play away in the quarter-final at Liverpool tomorrow (Thursday, 17th) at noon. The winners will host us in the semi-final.

It will probably be at the Halliwell Stadium in Warrington. Maybe Eric could swing it and ask them to switch grounds to the FES and make a few bob

Looks like you could also be up against a certain goalkeeper by the name of David Martin

the Lindfield chappie up front - is that not the one who played against us early in the season? possibly Notts County

The young forward, who spent 10 years at the Academy, enjoyed brief loan spells at Notts County in 2007 and Chester in 2008.
