Red face Shaun Tuck

Another of stanley youngsters has left Shaun Tuck the website said that he has left for marine in the unibonde legue but similar to damian hindle he may return but does this mean he has gone on loan or has he left with the idea of coming back but then surely they will charge us for him, which seems a bit stupid, why not just send him on loan?

What is this all about is he still a registered stanley player or is he now of the books

please answer rob

Re: Shaun Tuck

I can only presume it is a similar situation to Lee Madin a year ago.

See the following from the Club Q&A on 14th January 2004:

"Q18 By : shurm
Is Lee Madin an Accrington Staney player or not.. Originally we where informed that he had signed Conference forms and could still play for us.. Can you clear this up please.

Lee Madin is a Hyde United player, however we do still hold his Nationwide Conference registration. He could still play for us and he would not be able to sign for another Conference side unless we released him."

Re: Shaun Tuck

I presume Shaun and Damo have signed forms to play for their relivant teams in there leagues but we will still hold conference forms for them both so they can play for us as and when if need be.

Re: Shaun Tuck

so that means that he could play for any of the two clubs whenever he wanted

so if we needed him next week he could play for us or do we need their permission etc.
