Re: Would you say this to a friend?

Why is it ok to talk about your sex life but not something else that may be bothering you?? Maybe if folks were more open minded about bowel or any other problems deaths could be avoided!!!! Sex is not the be all and end all although it might seem like it is at times in your life but surely you should be able to talk about a bowel or bladder problem to your true friends just as easily as your sex problems!!!

Re: Would you say this to a friend?

I would prefer to talk about my bowel habits to a friend(most of my friends are nurses, so nothing put us off our grub) than talk about my sex life......that IS private.

Re: Would you say this to a friend?

I say what needs to be said, and if it is about my bowel movements then so be it, saves people suffering in silence and what may be seen as a "crude" conversation could turn into something useful and helpful

That's why you don't break wind all that often ... you don't close your mouths long enough for the pressure to build up.
