well the chatroom is java based, so make sure you have java enabled on your machine. Apart from that a firewall could be blocking it, so if you have one check it's settings.

I'm reasonably new here but I take it to get in the chat room one does click the tab ACCYCHAT at the top.....

Nice one, I didn't even know the software had updated, it did it automatic because it isn't on our server and they only told me by email today!!! Anyway, it does look a lot better eh?!
