Thanks Margaret -the white house is gorgeous, the view up the lane is to the side of it!It has an orchard to other side of it with proper raspberry canes under nets!
It's a close choice between that house and the one I'm posting now which is Water Nook House on Ullswater at Howtown

The first 5 were taken in April as i wandered lonely as a cloud
from Pooley Bridge to Howtown - had a picnic on the beach below the house - it's private but i like to flout the rules sometimes! Got me away from the hoardes of Geordies who were everywhere for their Easter hols!
The last one was summer 2 years ago.
