sorry dave ive had no internet from monday nite to friday teatime .. and the spugster was down friday nite ..and goes home later on today .. but its my arm that was hot waxed ... the one that was in the cast ...
this is it in stages ... dip it into the hot wax 7 times to build it up .. then into a paper bag to stop the wax getting onto the towel, wrap it in a towel and wait 15 mins for it to work, and then peel it off, and squish the wax like a stress ball ... its to help me do my exercises, ease the pain ...
