Accrington Girls and Ladies FC were awarded the Lancashire Community Club of the Year 2012 at the recent awards evening held at Preston Guild Hall
Its a remarkable achievement for a club thats only 10 years old and follows on from the highly commended award which they picked up at last years event
The club tries to involve itself as much as possible in the community as a means of promoting Girls and Ladies football in the local community.
