4 people made complaints against Mr Savile in 2009 - but said they didn't want to take it to court, they only felt they wanted the Police to be aware of what Savile had done to them but they weren't prepared to stand up in court about it. Bang goes the theory that people are doing this just to cash in, in the Compensation courts.
