Rolls of Honour
An enquirer has approached the Council asking where she might find the Roll of Honour for Howard and Bullough's employees who were killed in the two World Wars. The Library had the one for Broad Oak but couldn't offer any further help. I thought such information might be in the County Archives, even available online? Do any of you local historians know where Rolls of Honour for former factories and mills in Accrington and its surrounding townships might be kept?
