Re: Argyle match thread

Plymouth fans mostly seem to agree that we outfought and out footballed them for most of the game but they also mostly took exception to our time wasting and play acting. I hope we don't go down that road even when we are desperate to get points on the board. This is what new manager Keith Hill had to say about where things had gone wrong at Spotland, and where plenty of their fans were fed up with Coley and Jimmy's seeming endorsement of a lack of discipline, rather than the points lost recently:-

“It is quite evident – without me being suggestive and having ex-managers phoning me up and saying ‘What are you doing slagging me off? – that a lot of the foundations we laid have been undone.
“There’s an identity I believed was Rochdale Football Club and I want to recreate that identity in my own image again.
“We created an identity and also created a self respect that was endorsed by other clubs up and down the country.
“I am looking bring back that self respect and to win back the respect from other clubs for the way we do things.”
