i know this because when booking in for my colonoscomy i was told if i was to use blackburn so i could have me specialist do it there was a good chance it could be cancelled at the last minuite so i was better off booking into burnley but my specialst didnt operate at burnley.

Ya but when did this happen, the closing of Burnley and moving most things to Blackburn, think you'll find it was around 2002
