Anyway a selection of dances including Leapfrog and one reputedly very ancient three man one from Dolphinholme in Bowland which seems to involve lots of @ss kicking and dancing around on one leg.

They have Morris dancers in our little Canada Day parade - always a highlight for me! Sadly, our 'strapping lads' are getting a little long in the tooth. Not like the young things in #3 and 4
