Dishes from UK "Indian rest" tend to be more Bangladesh here than true Indian ( but then India itself is so vast it has a massive variety in style depending on where you are, north being hotter, south more coconut based, some areas french/portugese influence, others english)

You must have the constitution of a Ox if you can eat all that stuff where you've been, and are still alive.
Can't understand the need for all them additives, unless its to hide bad food and poor cooking. |
