Love the trees in number 1. In the collage of 'shrooms -number 3 are very tasty -here they call them "chiodini" or "little nails" if you look at them you can see why. They need blanching in boiling water - then are nice with a rich tomato sauce with herbs, sausage and pork loin -typically served with polenta - it's delicious!
