Agree with most of that, RR, but Mingoia made several moves down the outside of his full back and got in some decent crosses or cut backs, as he did for Murph's winning goal at Morecambe. My main beef (of many) with Joyce is that when he receives the ball in an attacking position he invariably goes for a sideways pass instead of driving forward and committing defenders, giving the opposing defence time to organise. That, as well as being content to knock the ball anywhere when under pressure in midfield. However, I would never question the effort he always puts in, but we need more than that.
