It is clear when his first game was, he would only have to be registered the day before. However whether or not this happened I don't know, I was just guessing that the dates of the 93 day loan would have been picked to maximise games as it seems common sense.
As for the second date, the registration has to be approved by the football league and to do this they need to be open.
