Seems a very one sided report. When I saw the lad he was in one of the turnstile areas being spoken to, didn't seemto be an issue then and he certainly didn't seem to be agitiated.

Could that not be the main reason it all got out of hand ? I'm not defending anything the steward may or may not have said, but lets get both sides
