My mum recoiled when she saw it and was horrified!
I convinced her to try it and she agreed with me after tasting it that it was lovely. Dad chickened out and wouldn't have it convinced it would be rubbery but it is very tender and light with a bit of a kick from the paprika. When I've had it before it was always presented a little differently - chopped into smaller pieces. I only managed to eat half and got the other half put into a container to bring home - lovely as a salad chopped up with some cold new potatoes, a drizzle of oil and some chopped parsley.
