Davd / Ask Accrington library to look up the Accrington Observers :
Accrington.Library@lancashire.gov.uk if a report cannot be found, ask Blackburn Library ( Google address) to look up the Lancashire Evening Telegraphs. Possible that the coroner's report or police report is held in Lancashire Archives - (Google) I don't know if fire brigade reports are held anywhere.
