Personally, I've never been one who is a great believer in the 'justice' and rehabilitation when it comes to sex offenders,I find them worse than murders due to their victim's having to live with the (long term) psychological after effects (just my opinion).
Do you ,personally, deem it "manslaughter" or do you believe the parent should walk ,with costs awarded,justice served so to speak?
After reading Restless's comment I think he might have a fair and reasonable punishment

........if the parent deserves punishing in the eyes of the law.
I'm sure there is legal precedence for this type of offence, after all the father was merely taking revenge, which is not allowed by 'law'.
