After meeting a fellow detectorist and receiving some advice ("swing slow and low"),i thought I'd share today's findings.

1 hour on Arden hall park---near the old mansion house with the detector in coin mode.

Findings included:-
2 Georgey porgey pennies
2 sticky Vickie pennies
2 modern (spendable) pound coins
1 threepenny bit
2 ship half pennies
