I have some questions for you.

If the pitch were to be covered, where would the water go?

Will you be writing not only to Carlisle United but also to the leader of the council in that city to ask why more areas were not covered?

Do you actually have any connection with Accrington? Or are you a Yeovil supporter eagerly looking forward to a trip to Barrow next season? Assuming the latter, you could call in to Carlisle (and Lancaster) during the day and check personally on flood prevention provision.
