As he's played in the League of Wales he can't play for you until the next transfer window (that includes the reserves). The same happened to us with Martin Giles. As soon as we realised he couldn't play for us until the January transfer window we sent him packing.
I'd make sure your secretary checks his details thoroughly or you could end up with a points deduction. "
