Where have all our by-laws gone.No wonder no one cares anymore,from spitting in the street to wilfull damage.It is absolutely disgusting ,walk along any Street in Accrington (or any other town) and the filth is everywhere.I wholeheartedly agree with the law on doggy doo, why can't the same apply to the dirty (human) dogs when they leave their dirty, Germ ridden mess that people have to constantly walk round to avoid carrying it home on their shoes
