I think there's a certain weariness that can creep in from too much criticism. (That applies to Coleman criticising the fans too, of course.)

It would no doubt be helpful for Mr Holt and Mr Coleman to feel love and praise for their efforts and not discover (from outside observers) instead that fans are grumbling. Positivity often breeds positivity I find.

Without advocating this place being an echo chamber, maybe Judicious biting of the tongue, rather than always speaking one's mind might help on occasion?

But each to their own philosophy I suppose.
