I have a family picture here probably taken 1920 - 1930 by Moffitt art studio Accrington?

My wife's Gran held this photo dearly and it could have been her father/ step father/ guardian but alas we do not know the name of the man pictured or get to know who her parents were

Does anyone from Accrington recognise this man please ?
