He also saved all the money he would have spent on fags and bought himself a set of alloy wheels for his car......that was something he really wanted and couldn't afford while he was smoking.......so save your money and buy yourself something you would not have had if you hadn't given up. doing it for yourself is the best motivator(rather than being told you have to give up).
