It is painful to watch all the dithering even from afar.
I am reminded of what the Charlie Ruggles character said to a rival suitor in the comedy, Trouble in Paradise:
“See here. You keep saying you’re leaving and then you stay. Why don’t you say you’ll stay and then leave?”
