The staying at home is advisory. no laws are being broken, because there are no laws involved.
Even Matt Hancock recently reiterated the fact that these instructions to stay home were advisory....and I cannot think of anywhere where the exercise period per day is quantified at one hour.....the police are making it up as they go along and folk are falling for it...is that how the nazis operated?
Science tells us that we are at far less risk of contracting the virus out of doors...because the viral particles(if present) are vastly diluted.
Also there is some evidence that the virus is rendered inactive by sunlight.

What are these police thinking of, coming strong arm tactics is not the right way to go about these issues
