The fact that the police can be provoked into a reaction does not build any kind of confidence in their ability to be balanced.
thats why the police have looked really stupid at times lately. made the keystone cops look seriously as they cannot arrest people as no laws have been broken. there has been some real funny stuff on youtube due to this.
everyone is making stuff up as they go along and the plod being a big offender.
