I think they should do what Preston are doing and I have under cover people looking out for litter bugs, then name them and shame them and give them a £50 fine. This would work in town, but you could have them everywhere. I think the co op should take some action as it is outside their store.

We have them in Doncaster the only thing they don't stop is people throwing chewing gum on the floor (yuk... I hate chewy) in Luton they have chewing gum boards which are attached to most lamp posts.
