If you're not a great cook, try the quick and easy way - dice one chicken breast per person, pour over a can of Campbells condensed asparagus soup, stick it in the oven for about 25-30 minutes (covered), stir in some cream at the last minute, then serve with baked potatoes and a nice simple veg - delicious!
For pudding, there's nothing wrong with a really good bought one.
