There is another article in todays Mail on Sunday.......a criminal with infectious TB who won't be treated. The Police had to let him go because it was too dangerous to question him......they risked getting the disease......he has been hospitalsied several times but has never completed the course of treatment.......this may make the TB resistant to treatment in the future. Why can't they force him to have treatment ........? Yeah, you guessed it. It infringes his human rights. His identity cannot be disclosed because of the right to confidentiality.
