I was going to mention the TB story in today's Mail on Sunday but you beat me to it Margaret. Lettie's point about gay marriages leads me to another interesting point too, what happens when you've got someone who has had a sex change? They may be physically female but legally male or vice versa. Where are their human rights when it comes to choosing a marriage partner?
