I'll tell you something folks - it's an inspiration to me. I've known I need to lose weight for ages but even havng joined the Healthy Heart thing it's difficult to keep motivated with excercise when I'm up to my ears in a million and one other things. I shall caption this:
"You too can have a body like mine"
and that should give me the incentive to keep trying not to!
