I remember playing around those pond's when I was at school as well. We got our critters from there to stock the pond that we built in one of the Quadrangle's at the Cromwell building at Moorhead, I should imagine that's been filled in too.

I remember that upturned vehicle in Rogans pond so well, maybe somebody somewhere has some pictures of that area. I can't believe we even went swimming in that pond. Unreal!!

Well maybe just maybe because those pond's have been filled in that now the kids have no where to play so they resort to vandalism. What else is there to do?
It seems like every tiny bit of land where we used to play as a kid's is turned into a housing development.

Yes I know there has to be progress and modernisation but with the current state of Milnshaw park and surrounding areas I can't honestly call that progress.
So really where can the kid's play these day's.
