I was watching the cricket team's victory parade yesterday on the news, couldn't help but be slightly annoyed that the women's team (who apparently won the same accolade over a month ago) seemed to have been tagged on at the back almost as an afterthought. Obviously the lady cricketers are held in about as much esteem as our lady footballers!
