I'm confused. OK I admit I know nothing at all about games and haven't a clue what an X box is but when I read the first post I thought somebody was simply wanting to purchase a second hand thingy to play games on, along with the games to play on it.

I've obviously missed something because I don't understand how that can be illegal.

Please don't misunderstand, I'm not arguing that I think it is legal. I would just like somebody to help me out of my ignorance here.

F'rinstance. If I have an old PC with Windows 98 and some other stuff on it and I get a new PC with better windows and better stuff is there a problem with me selling the old PC to somebody else? What is the difference between me still using it in my house and somebody else using it in their house?

I can see a difference between that and me copying software from my PC onto a disc and selling that to somebody else. I can see why entwisi would be dischuffed at that.
