Hello Accrington friends -

I had corresponded quite some time ago about my great grandmother, Elizabeth Ann Hindle and her family. Elizabeth Ann was born in Accrington September 12th, 1858, baptised December 25th, 1858 in the Manchester Cathedral.

Her father was Thomas Hindle, born in Accrington, circa 1828, married Elizabeth Jane Webb in the Manchester Cathedral December 31, 1857.

I have a possible death date for Elizabeth Jane Webb Hindle of 1892 the following record:
Elizabeth Hindle 54 Oct-Dec 1892 Haslingden 8e 100

Thomas's father was John Hindle, farmer.

I would like to find out more information about Elizabeth Jane Webb as well as Thomas Hindle and his family.

Also, would it have been a far way to travel from Accrington to Manchester Cathedral in 1857-1858?

Any help or ideas for research would be most helpful.
