I did do again yesterday. I saw an RSPCA van come onto the street but i dont know if they called. (Ive seen inspectors before not bothering to get out of their vans but just sit in the van and read a newspaper). I also informed the council that i had been onto the RSPCA, but still they dont seem too bothered.
