Well the bad news came today The Financial Ombudsman are not going to give us our money back!
They said "We don't see why the bank should pay you your money back".
Even though it was themselves who told us it was the bank we should complain about!! he said ho well im sorry but someone must have got their wires crossed and gave you the wrong information!
I feel physically sick now i know it is all final and there is nothing more i can so i have fought to the end and it still didnt get us anywhere!
Keep trying till you succeed! whoever came up with that motto wants shooting!
