People will contribute in many different ways, but one way or another it’s going to cost someone money. Stop paying and we’re going back not forward. It your choice.

Ridiculous comment Doug, a real joke. I dont know if you just want to be controversial or different but your view is so far off it defies belief.
Without the FANS there is no team, FACT.
I don't know if you are familiar with the saying 'don't bite the hand that feeds you' but it is very relevant here.
Im a part timer, i'll admit it, Everton is my team and they get my money in the main. I really feel for those people who brave the elements week in week out to support Stanley though and are now getting a good kick in the teeth(whether intended or not) by a quite frankly unworkable scheme.
People pay good money to get through the turnstile anyway so questioning their commitment to supporting the club is ludicrous.
Sometimes you need to be big enough to back track and admit you are wrong. This is one such time. Im sure whoever brainstormed the idea thought it all very cunning at the time but clearly its many flaws have quickly been exposed.
Im not arsed either way personally because im realistic enough to know none of the games will sell out anyway.
All this will serve to do if it is not rectified quickly is to alienate the lifeblood of the club, the 'hardcore' paying public. That is clearly not a good idea.
