If I could do whatever I wanted to form the government....

I'd have the same first past the post system we have now, but MP's would only be there to represent views of the constituants not vote..

I'd have everyone with a chip inside them so that the whole country voted on EVERYTHING.

This would be much more truly democratic, however if I had a choice of forming government it wouldn't be 'ideal democracy' like this
