Re: Encouraging our young support

To SamF and Accymel, whilst I appreciate not everyone is in the position I am, BTW although I bring 3 extras, two pay for themselves, I am lucky enough to be able to afford a season ticket for me and my partner, but there is one thing I do think the club could get up and running, and perhaps in hindsight, I should have made this clearer. Maybe the club could set up a scheme for paying for season tickets over a number of months as other teams do. eg for kids season tickets - pay over 4 months - therefore £20 per month per child, for adults, then that could be over 6 months. I do see where you are both coming from, but I would defy either of you going to Blackburn or Burnley and it being any cheaper after counting travel costs etc. Yes the prices might seem expensive, but people will moan and still come and watch Stanley even if it means pay on the gate. The one thing I do sympathise with is the fact that the ground is now segregated supporters are going to get awfully wet unless this mythical roof ever gets erected.
