Re: nice to meet

Hey guys, sorry we missed the later arrivals. Appreciated the time spent with Mick, Mez, and "Red" (hope you've recovered by now!). We had to head out a bit early cause some older gents were supposed to be at the Bold Street WMC at around 8. It was quite the bummer cause none of the earlier men were there. I wanted to head back to the Stag but my daughter wanted to get back to Bradford.

We had a very nice visit to Lancashire and Yorkshire. Tried lots of the local cuisine and alot of the country side. Always love Fish and Chips (the mashed peas were new to us). Had a bite or 2 of Haggis and Blackpudding, Annie chose not to partake!

London was nice but much too busy for me. I'm much more of a country boy. Loved the sites and just walking all over the place. Not sure if you know it but it's got alot of foreigners! Actually I was most put off by the general rudeness of those from Non-European cultures but I digress. I guess it's the same in most big American cities too. It was nice to hold a door for someone or let them go ahead and get a hearty "cheers" or thanks!

We've got memories that will last a life time. Maybe when my son turns 16, I'll have raised enough money to come on back.
