Wasn't really grumbling about having to wait, just threw that in .. however .. always feel a little dangerous for them (whoops .. me now
).
Direct debit is just soooo easy and don't need a degree and no need to go out anywhere to pay your bills.
Jambutty: not bothered if the banks are making too much money in sending direct debits through them .. worth every penny they make for the convenience.
Edit: Can't remember the last time I had any need to go to the bank ?
