Well, proof is in the pudding lex luther, don't know who David James is, but try the 20 for 2>3 weeks, sure won't be harmful, if no improvement, build up to 100

and keeping it up regularly as against one mad rush i.e. 3 times a week of 1/2 hour exercise, will keep it level and help keep your metabolism level and, I suppose, building up muscle too. Guess that's the first step. Get yer heart approving first.
