I am new to all this so I hope you will bear with me.
I am actually from Cheshire but now live in Sydney.
I found this site when I was looking for a nice parkin recipe. I had one but lost it when our house burnt down. I wonder if anyone has one with oats & vinegar - my old recipe had both.
